Hello, I am Trinity; it’s nice to meet you!

Welcome

I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My life mission is to uplift and empower people to be their most authentic selves.

This photo perfectly embodies who I am! I am connected and aligned with my most authentic self.

Trinity's journey began a little over seven years ago when she lost her mother to a stroke in 2017. This pivotal moment made her realize she was not living her life to the fullest and led her to reevaluate her health, lifestyle, and how she spent her time and energy.

The loss of her mother highlighted a significant gap in her community regarding self-care education, healing spaces, and mental health awareness. Recognizing that stress played a role in her mother's death and dealing with her high blood pressure issues, she became dedicated to focusing on her health. Frequent hospitalizations served as a stark reminder of the path she did not want to follow.

Yoga emerged as a crucial tool for healing, helping her connect with her mind, body, and spirit. This spiritual journey introduced her to supportive individuals who guided her toward healing. Now, she is committed to helping others embark on their healing journeys.

Trinity completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 from Lahari Yoga School, mentored by Coby Kowzalski. After completing her training, she launched into the world of teaching, hosting weekly classes such as Yoga in the Park and Asanas at the Art Gallery and monthly workshops focused on mindfulness, breathwork, and self-reflection.

Recently, Trinity completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training with Marissa from The Well for Your Soul studio, where she deepened her knowledge of aligning with her purpose. The Well Studio was born to help humans commune more deeply with themselves, one another, and the world. At TWS, each class, retreat, well-being workshop, and teacher training is curated with the philosophy that human beings can tap into their highest potential and live it out in this lifetime. They believe your mat can be your safe space—a space to engage in body-mind connection and commune with the beauty of life moving in and around you.

“Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit broken pieces together.”

— B.K.S. Iyengar.

Past Experiences

The series will return to Clark Park on April 28th, 2024.

Yoga in the Park: A Haven of Self-Connection and Nature

Yoga in the Park with Trin is an excellent opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and find peace in the serene surroundings of the park. It is a space to stretch, strengthen, and relax your mind and body. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Trin will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises that will leave you refreshed and centered.
In the summer of 2020, amidst the chaos and uncertainty that engulfed the world, an enchanting phenomenon began to blossom: Yoga in the Park. What started as a humble gathering of a few souls seeking solace and rejuvenation in a world turned upside down soon transformed into a thriving community, weaving together the threads of self-connection, nature, support, and safety.
The concept was born out of a desire to provide an oasis of tranquility and comfort amid a pandemic-induced storm. People craved an escape from the confines of four walls and sought to reconnect with themselves and the natural world that enveloped them.
It began as a free service, and I aimed to support my community where they needed it most. Yoga in the Park quickly became a melting pot of compassion, acceptance, and growth. Participants were drawn in by the magnetic energy of a space free from judgment, where everyone was encouraged to explore their unique yoga path.

In this space, bodies of all shapes and sizes found respite in a haven where they could feel supported just as they were. In a world consumed by unrealistic expectations, Yoga in the Park became a reminder that the practice of yoga began with acceptance and love for oneself. The community transcended age, race, gender, and ability. Yoga in the Park became more than just a physical practice; it became a nurturing sanctuary. In this shared space, people discovered the power of their breath, tapped into their inner strength, and deepened their connection to the present moment. They found solace in a community that cared, where they could express vulnerability and be met with open hearts.

Yoga in the Park began in Lemonhill Park in May of 2020. It relocated to its current home in Clark Park. This series is taught between the months of May and October.

Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the park was created as a space to connect to your mind and body through breathing and movement. This community is supportive and inclusive of all body types. Classes will return in the spring.

Meet Michelle! She has invested in taking my one-on-one services. Listen to what she had to say about her expereince.

I am absolutely in love with my inner child's essential oil spray. I am an artist and I spray my canvas and paintbrushes with it and it truly helps me with creativity. Sometimes I get blocked and this spray really opens me up. I recommend anyone with a creative business to try this spray.

Meet Adera! See what she had to say about my, “Yoga in the Park” Series.

The joy of the inner child reminds me of the citrus grandmothers give me on Thanksgiving. It reminds me of playing outdoors with my cousins, where we pretend we're chefs, and small sticks and leaves are our very own spatulas and utensils. The joy of the inner child reminds me to smile when the heartache is unbearable. The joy of the inner child reminds me of the warm hugs of my late grandfather. Get this spray. Meditate with it. Journal, paint, write and dance with it. This spray bottle is a cherishing wish, my very own magic potion for happiness.
