Led by Trinity, a compassionate yoga instructor who intimately understands the journey of losing a mother, and Teairra, a devoted healer who has experienced the loss of a child, this healing circle offers a sacred space for those walking paths of grief, remembrance, and love.

Whether you have experienced the loss of a mother, a child, or both, you are lovingly welcomed into this circle of support.

What to Expect:
Journaling – Explore your emotions and memories through guided journaling to encourage self-reflection and release.

Join us at RecPhilly for Embrace Life, a free community event dedicated to suicide prevention and mental well-being. This event will offer healing activities, including yoga, meditation, and affirmation journaling, to foster mental health awareness and provide participants with tools to support their mental wellness.

This event is FREE for active RecPhilly members! Non-members are welcome to attend by donation, with 25% of all donations going directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This is your opportunity to connect with others in the community, learn valuable mental health practices, and contribute to a critical cause.
